Joining the reward club

A: We are not accepting new customer registrations to Reward Club at this time. However, you can register for latest news and offers by email via our restaurant websites, listed below:

A: Collect 5 points on every £1 you spend on qualifying food and drink purchases every time you visit. Once you reach 500 points or more you can turn your points in to vouchers for:

  • £5 voucher
  • Free bottle of wine
  • 2 Free starters or desserts

Exclusive benefits
We'll send you a free meal voucher to celebrate your birthday, every year. You need to remain opted in to emails to receive your offers.

A:We will use the information you provided to keep you up to date on your rewards points balance and inform you of offers and promotions available to you, as well as using your opted in email address to send your birthday offer.

Further details about what information we collect from you and how we use this can be found in our privacy policy.

A: You may opt out at any time, through the unsubscribe link, found on the footer of any emails you receive from us or online by logging in and following the steps under 'Your details'. Please remember this means you will not receive your birthday offer by email.

A: Our loyalty scheme has updated. As a loyalty club member you will receive a free meal voucher to celebrate your birthday, using your registered email address. As a loyalty member, you will also receive the regular offers by email to help you celebrate with us throughout the year. You need to be opted in to receive our offers and can unsubscribe at any time.

A: We need to share the information you provide to us with the third parties service providers that help us run the Reward Club. We will not pass your information onto any third party for marketing purposes. For further details of the information we collect and how we use this, please see our privacy policy.

A: As of summer 2024, we made some changes to our restaurants and as such, some of our restaurants are not open to local guests or are closing. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The good news is that we have a number of restaurants across the UK which also include Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns and Bar + Block. You can still keep earning points and convert them to vouchers and we have now made it possible for you to swipe your Reward Club card in ANY of our restaurants – in addition, you will also be able to use your points-based vouchers in ANY of our restaurants. You can’t transfer your points to another account or card, but these changes will mean you can keep enjoying Reward Club wherever you go! You will need to keep your original Reward Club card and log on here to keep a track of your points balance, and convert your points to vouchers.

Your account

A: It may take up to 48 hours from your restaurant visit (if you swiped your loyalty card), or from entering your receipt details on this website, for points to be shown on your account. Once entered, please then allow a further 48hrs for your points to be credited to your account.

A: You can update all your details within the 'Your Details' section on The Beefeater Reward Club website.

A:You have the right to cancel your Beefeater Reward Club membership at any time by contacting us as described below. If you cancel your Beefeater Reward Club membership you will lose the right to redeem all unused points. Points are not transferable to a third party.

Collecting points

A: You can collect 5 points on every £1 you spend on all qualifying food and drink purchases in any of our restaurants – just remember to ask your server to swipe your Reward Club card when you visit.

Our other restaurants are:

Points are calculated on your total spend, less any discounts, vouchers or gratuities.

A: Yes, as long as you have your receipt and claim within 28 days of your visit you can add your points. Click here to login and follow the link under 'Forgot to swipe your card?'.

Please allow up to 48hrs after your visit before you provide details from your receipt. Once entered, please then allow a further 48hrs for your points to be credited to your account.

We are currently unable to accept receipts from our other restaurants – Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns and Bar + Block. Please bear with us, whilst we work on being able to add receipts after a visit for our other brands. If you swipe your card when you visit a Beefeater, your points will still be added.

A: All the points will need to go onto the same card – so if more than one member of your party has a Reward Club card you will need to choose whose card the points will be collected on.

A: Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected.

A: Yes, please present your card at the Beefeater to a team member to get your points added.

A: Firstly, please log on to your account and make sure you have given us the correct date for your birthday and have opted in to receive our emails. These settings can be found by following the steps under 'Your Details' section. You must be opted in to receive offers by email. If you still haven't located your birthday voucher, please then make sure you check your junk mail.

Please note, you can only receive 1 x birthday voucher within a 12 month period.

A: No, there is no maximum!

Spending points

A: Once you've collected 500 points or more, you can exchange them for reward vouchers, a £5 money-off voucher or upgrade to a food and drink voucher by logging in and following the link under 'Spend Points'. Points must be redeemed in increments of 500.

Once you swap your points, you can now enjoy your vouchers in any of our restaurants which also includes:

A: Your vouchers will appear in your vouchers section or we can email them direct to your inbox. Either print off or present the voucher on your phone when you pay your bill.

A: Vouchers must be used within 6 weeks, unless otherwise stated (special dates and promotional vouchers may vary). The expiry date will be shown on your voucher.

A: You can use your vouchers in any participating Beefeater Restaurant, and as of summer 2024, you can also use them in our Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns and Bar + Block restaurants. Simply present your voucher and Reward Club card when you ask for your bill and we will apply the discount on your voucher when you pay.

A: You can use any Reward Club voucher any time in our listed restaurants, towards your spend on qualifying food and drink. You may not use your birthday offer voucher with any other voucher.

A: Vouchers can only be used for purchases that include a meal. They cannot be redeemed for purchases that consist of drinks only. A voucher can only be redeemed once.

A: You can re-print your voucher from the by logging in and following the link under 'Your Points'.

A: No, we don't give change if you don't spend all the value of your voucher.

A: Good news! As of summer 2024, you can now use your original Reward Club loyalty card to earn points in any of our restaurants. You will need to keep your original Reward Club card and swipe it when you visit – even if you visit one of our other restaurants: Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns and Bar + Block. You’ll need to come back here, and log on to see your points balance and convert the points you earn into vouchers.

A: No. However, if it remains inactive for a period of 3 years or more, your card and the points on the card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded. You will continue to receive emails including your birthday voucher unless you opt out of emails.

A: If you require a replacement Reward Club card please contact us, and include “replacement card” in your request with your name and full address. When you receive your replacement card, simply add it to your account in the 'Your Details' section – you can register up to 5 cards per account. Failure to do so will mean any existing points are not allocated to your new card and will not be available to spend within your rewards balance.

A: Yes, however we are not accepting any new customer registrations to the scheme, but if you are an existing customer we can send you a replacement card by post. Once you receive your new card, go to your account in the 'Your Details' section and update your details.

A: Yes. If you have more than one card – maybe after losing your original card and activating another. You can activate a maximum of 5 cards per account, but you should only use your most recent (and activated) card to collect and redeem your points. Beefeater Reward Club Cards can only be activated in the name of one individual, not shared between multiple people.

A: No, only the person in whose name the Reward Club card is registered can use the Reward Club card.
