TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to The Beefeater Grill Reward Club and govern the relationship between Whitbread Group PLC whose registered address is at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU5 5XE ("we" or "us") and you, the member of the Beefeater Rewards Scheme.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print a copy of them for your records.

Use of your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

As is further described below, we reserve the right to close The Beefeater Grill Reward Club scheme at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of the closure.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club is administered by Grass Roots Group UK Limited ("Grass Roots") on our behalf. By registering for the Service, you authorise us to share your information with Grass Roots to allow them to administer The Beefeater Grill Reward Club scheme on our behalf. Further details of how we process your information is described in the section 'Data Protection and Privacy' below.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card enables you to collect points on qualifying food and drink purchases in participating Beefeater Grill restaurants and to redeem those points at participating Beefeater Grill restaurants

Obtaining your
Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card

You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to join The Beefeater Grill Reward Club.

Cards are available at participating Beefeater Restaurants.

Your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card is issued by us and remains our property

Activating your
Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card

You can activate your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card by visiting www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub and completing the online registration form. Alternatively, you can activate the card by contacting our Customer Support Team on 0845 330 0160 between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am and 5:00pm Saturdays (Please note we are closed between 1:00pm and 2:00pm on Saturdays). However, please note that if you do not have an online Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card account, you will have less flexibility as how to redeem points. For further details, see the section entitled 'Redeeming Points' below.

When you activate your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card online, you must enter your email address and create a secure password to access your account on The Beefeater Grill Reward Club website. Your login details and password are confidential information that will not be shared or sent to any third parties except as described in these Terms and Conditions and in the scheme's Privacy Policy.

Please ensure you keep your User ID and password secure. If you believe someone else has access to, or is using, your User ID and/or password, you must inform us and create new login details on The Beefeater Grill Reward Club website by updating your profile information.

A Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card can only be registered in the name of one individual.

If you wish to change any of your registered details or profile information you may update your details at www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub or contact the call centre on 0845 330 0160.

It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.

Using your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card

You can use your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card at any participating Beefeater Restaurant. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You must not use your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card for commercial purposes.

You cannot transfer your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card, or any stored points on it, to any other person.

Collecting points

You can start collecting Reward Points as soon as you pick up your card and present it when you make your first purchase.

From this point, every time you present your card you will be able to earn points on your qualifying food and drink purchases.

You will earn five points for each complete pound spent on qualifying food and drink purchases less any discounts, vouchers or gratuities.

For points to be awarded to your account at the time of purchase, your Reward Card needs to be presented at the time of payment. Points can also be added up to 14 days following your purchase as described in the section 'Card Not Present' below.

Points are calculated on your total spend, less any gratuities, vouchers, offers or discounts.

Points will be awarded to The Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card presented at point of purchase and the card can only be swiped once per transaction.

Points may take up to 48 hours to be added to your account after the transaction time.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card can be used in conjunction with the Whitbread Privilege Card.

Bonus Points

From time to time bonus points may be offered as part of our promotions. Bonus points awarded are offered at our discretion and are awarded with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion.

Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion, for example if you have not used your card at a Beefeater Grill restaurant within 90 days after the bonus points are credited to your account.

Card Not Present

If you forget your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card when you visit a Beefeater Grill Restaurant you can call our Customer Support Team on 0845 330 0160 to have the points added. This must be within 14 days. You will need your receipt number to verify your total spend.

It is at the discretion of Whitbread PLC if points are awarded after a transaction has occurred.

Exceptions

We may specify in Beefeater Restaurants from time to time that certain purchases do not qualify for the Beefeater Grill Reward Club points.

Checking points Balance

Once you have activated your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card you can check your points balance online.

Redeeming Points

In order to redeem the points you have collected you must have activated your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card.

Points can only be collected, held and redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.

Points have no cash value. Redeemed points cannot be used again.

Points are personal to the individual card holder and cannot be grouped with points earned by another individual and redeemed together.

Points cannot be transferred to others or used for commercial purposes.

We may forfeit your accrued points, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem points if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Membership, or if you supply false or misleading information.

Points can be redeemed through your online account for vouchers. Such vouchers can be used against subsequent purchases at participating Beefeater restaurants. Alternatively, you will be entitled to otherwise redeem your points as described on The Beefeater Grill Reward Club website.

Each voucher or other redemption has a value in points; and you must have sufficient points in your account to cover the redemption of your choice.

Vouchers will either be a for a cash value (to be spent towards your next Beefeater Grill meal) or for named product(s). Details of these vouchers are found on www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub.

Where you redeem vouchers online, you need to print your vouchers. Vouchers can only be printed once. All reward vouchers are available for a one-time use only. Vouchers must not be reproduced copied or modified in any way.

Vouchers which you print out are valid for 6 months from the time of print, unless stated otherwise.

Any specific or additional conditions regarding the redemption of the vouchers will be stated on The Beefeater Grill Reward Club website or otherwise notified to you.

Cash value vouchers cannot be redeemed for drink only purchases.

Vouchers must be presented with a membership card for discounts or offers to be applied to your purchase.

Vouchers must be presented at the point of payment.

Where a voucher relates to a particular product, we reserve the right to substitute products if they are unavailable for those with an equivalent or higher value.

Vouchers are non-transferable and you can only print and redeem a single copy of a voucher that is made available to you.

No change can be given from vouchers.

No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.

Once a voucher has been printed, its value in points will be deducted from your available reward balance whether or not the voucher is redeemed. It is your responsibility to keep the voucher safe and present it at the time of transaction. You may not be able to re-print lost or damaged vouchers.

For customers who cannot access their account via the Beefeater Grill Reward Club website and whose account has been set-up by the Customer Support Team the following will apply:
We aim to send statements via the post on a regular basis. Points Included in the statement will be automatically converted into reward vouchers and these vouchers will be issued as part of the statement. Any points remaining will be carried over to the next period. Reward vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the time of issue.

Expiry and Cancellation

Your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card does not have an expiry date. However, points are valid for a period of 24 months from the date they are collected.

We reserve the right to remove any points from your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card which is inactive for 12 months.

Expired points cannot be transferred to a new card or redeemed or reinstated.

You have the right to cancel your Beefeater Grill Reward Club membership at any time by contacting us by telephone or email as described in the section 'Customer Services' (described below) or returning your card to Customer Services, Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE.

If you cancel your Beefeater Reward Club membership you will lose the right to redeem all unused points.

Loss, Theft or Damage

In the event that you lose your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card you will need to collect a new card from your nearest Beefeater Grill restaurant. Please login to your account via www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub or contact our Customer Support Team on 0845 330 0160 to allocate your new card to your account. Failure to do so will mean your points are not awarded to your account.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding any element of The Beefeater Grill Reward Club service should be sent in writing or by email to Customer Services, Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE or rewardclub@beefeaterrewardclub.co.uk.

All complaints will be subject to the Beefeater Complaints Procedure which will be provided to you on your request.

Compensation

Points earned on your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card are not covered by any compensation scheme.

Data Protection and Privacy

When you register your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card on The Beefeater Grill Reward Club website, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your email address, telephone number, name, address, date of birth and information about your household. Any information which is marked as mandatory must be provided in order for us to process your account.

We collect the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of the Beefeater Grill Reward Club and your visits to our restaurants. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake.

We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms.

We will access the information recorded through the use of your Beefeater Grill Reward Club card to help us improve our service to you and to make our communications more relevant.

We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club is administered by Grass Roots on our behalf. By registering for the Service, you authorise us to share your information with Grass Roots to allow them to administer The Beefeater Grill Reward Club scheme on our behalf.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card Privacy Policy (available at http://www.beefeatergrillrewardclub.co.uk/web/guest/privacy-policy ) will apply whenever you provide us with personal information. This is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the Beefeater Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other persons without your permission. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of The Beefeater Grill Reward Club you are giving permission to be contacted about the scheme and its benefits by email, post or mobile phone.

We will contact you from time to time in relation to The Beefeater Grill Reward Club. We will do so in accordance with the contact methods provided when you registered your Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card . You may update your preferences from time to time.

If you wish to change your contact permissions, once your account is activated, you can do so by contacting us as described in the section 'Customer Services' above or by following the unsubscribe link on emails received.

Liability of Whitbread Group PLC

Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and/or failure of data processing systems. Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the Beefeater Reward Club save where such loss or damage is caused by our fault or negligence. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever caused. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms & Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Beefeater Grill Reward Club programme on reasonable notice.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be available at http://www.beefeatergrill.co.uk and may also be notified to you by other means such as email or post. Accordingly, you should visit this page from time to time to check whether there have been any amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of a Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card will at all times be the current version of the Terms & Conditions published on the Beefeater website (http://www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub ) and your continued use of a Beefeater Grill Reward Club Card shall constitute your acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.

Assignment

We may transfer the benefit of these Terms & Conditions to any other company in the same group of companies as Whitbread Group PLC. If we assign the benefit of these Terms & Conditions, your rights will not be affected.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

Beefeater Reward Club Swipe to Win promotion November to December 2013 Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all Beefeater Reward Club members resident in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over who swipe an activated Reward Club card and make a qualifying Purchase between 4th November and 31st December 2013.

2. Dates of promotion: Draw 1: 4th to 30th November 2013. Draw two: 1st to 31st December 2013.

3. Purchase is required: To qualify the member must swipe their Reward Club card when they pay their bill at a participating Beefeater restaurant. To qualify for entry the bill must include food from the main menu; drinks only bills will not be included.

4. Prizes will only be awarded to the activated account holder of the Beefeater Grill Reward Club card presented at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.

5. The prizes available in this promotion are: November draw: Two first prize winners will receive a Playstation 4 games console and 200 runners up will receive 1000 Reward Club bonus points. December draw: Two first prize winners will receive an Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 or and 200 runners up will receive 1000 Reward Club bonus points. The prizes are subject to availability and subject to change.

6. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash or prize alternatives available. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

8. Prize winners are determined randomly over the duration of the promotional period. An email will be sent to members confirming they have a qualifying swipe entry.

9. Winners will be notified by email or in writing after 2nd December and 30th December 2013.Winners of the Playstation 4 games consoles and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 or will receive an email, call or letter to arrange delivery of their prize within 7 days after the close date. Reward Club bonus point winner's prizes of 1000 points will be awarded automatically and should appear on winners' Beefeater Reward Club accounts within 14 days of the close date.

10. Any Beefeater Reward Club member who has received a receipt confirming they have won but has not received the prize indicated within the time frames detailed above should contact the Beefeater Reward Club customer support team on 0845 3300160.

11. Participants in this promotion should ensure that their Beefeater Reward club card is activated and includes current address details. Beefeater Reward Club cards can be activated online at www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/rewardclub.

12. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, either because the winning card number is not activated with Beefeater Reward Club, or the winning confirmation letter is returned with incorrect address information, the prize will be deemed void and an alternative winner will be drawn.

13. One entry to promotion per Beefeater transaction. A singular bill with food from the main restaurant menu constitutes a single qualifying transaction.

14. Entries are limited to one per member per valid bill payment and any prizes awarded are subject to the full promotional terms and conditions.
